Alfred Kingsly joins the BOT family as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for BOT’s technical landscape including its IT infrastructure, its software development, and pipeline tools development efforts.
Kingsly is entering the company during a season of key expansion. “We are vividly aware that in our industry, technology is not an incidental part of our existence, but a critical factor to our success, second only to our culture,” observes Hitesh Shah, BOT’s CEO. He further adds, “As we continue to experience significant growth, our infrastructure and tools have grown to be expansive and more complex. We brought in Alfred because of his strong experience in managing large IT organizations and bringing operational structure, methodologies and practices to rein in complexity.
Alfred has over two decades of rich experience in Service Delivery, Service Automation, IT Infrastructure Management, and Operational Excellence. He has handled a large portfolio of global clients and has led high performance teams with key focus on service maturity, account growth, stakeholder management, and customer delight.
Over the years, he has championed ITIL practices specializing in service operation and transformation solutions using emerging models such as Process Automation, Lean Six-Sigma, Agile, and DevOps Workflows. He began his career at Wipro as a Systems Engineer and has held positions as Process Leader, Delivery Head, and Senior Director across GE, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, L&T Infotech, and more. He has a strong reputation for out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and process savviness.
Besides the IT routine, he is a passionate musician and singer, and spends weekends by training choirs at church. He loves long drives, movies, and of course….biryani !
