is the exclusive intellectual property of its respective copyright owners, including but not limited to studios, streaming platforms, production companies, and their authorized licensees.

Vendor Portfolio Rights
BOT VFX has provided visual effects, animation, compositing, or other post-production services to the productions represented on this Site pursuant to vendor, subcontractor, or service agreements (“Vendor Agreements”).

All content displayed under BOTFolio is presented:

• Strictly for non-commercial, portfolio demonstration purposes only;
• To illustrate the technical and creative services rendered by BOT VFX;
• In a manner consistent with industry-standard vendor portfolio practices;
• In compliance with applicable Vendor Agreements, implied license, or good-faith interpretation of industry custom where express permission is not documented.

BOT VFX expressly claims no ownership over any underlying intellectual property, characters, franchises, storylines, source footage, or licensed content associated with the displayed productions.

Third-Party Posters, Key Art & Promotional Materials
Certain materials featured on this Site—including theatrical posters, key art, promotional stills, and title graphics—are owned by the respective studios, distributors, or rights holders and are used solely for:

• Fair identification of the production for which BOT VFX rendered services;

• Standard Attribution: Where permissible under applicable Vendor Agreements and client confidentiality obligations, copyright ownership is identified adjacent to or directly beneath the relevant image or sequence, in the format: “© [Studio / Rights Holder Name]. All rights reserved. Used for portfolio identification purposes only.” Where space constraints do not permit inline attribution, a consolidated credits listing is maintained at botvfx.com/legal.
• Confidential or NDA-Bound Productions: Where production confidentiality obligations, non-disclosure agreements, or client instructions prohibit identification of the underlying production or rights holder, such content is displayed without attribution solely under vendor portfolio rights and applicable fair dealing provisions. In such cases, the content will be labelled “Client Confidential” or equivalent. BOT VFX maintains internal records of rights holder identity for all such content and will disclose this to rights holders upon valid request.
